BIKES:
BIKE REPAIRS:
We have a team of technicians in store that are fully trained in bicycle repairs and ebike repairs.
BIKE ASSEMBLY:
Bikes bought online for home delivery can be assembled at the Decathlon Ballymun store workshop for €20. All bikes bought in our Decathlon Ballymun Store will be fully assembled and safety checked before sale.
BIKE SERVICING:
All bikes purchased both online or in store from Decathlon Ireland can avail of a free service within 3 months of the bike purchase date with no pre-booking required. (First free service takes roughly 30mins, other services may take longer).
Our mechanics will always aim to fit a first free service in while the customer is in our Decathlon Ballymun store (you don’t have to leave the bike and come back).
WARRANTY:
We offer a lifetime warranty on your bike frame, stem, handlebar & (for aluminum & steel frames forks included). Our standard warranty for other parts and components is 2 years.
PERSONALISATION:
At Decathlon’s Workshop, we can fully personalise your products with logos, names, or anything else you may desire. We can offer both Embroidery & Vinyl Printing starting from just €3.50
EMBROIDERY:
Embroidery is available in our Decathlon Ballymun store in 3 different frame sizes, A6, A5 & A4. Depending on size and quantity of embroidery the prices reduce (for orders of 11+ units). Designs can include up to 6 colours of thread and for basic designs we can offer an express service.
EMBROIDERY INSPIRATION:
Logo - a simple company logo can take 30 mins on average for embroidery on one piece.
More complex logos require digitised /vector file in .pec format. If you have a high res .jpeg we can digitise the logo for you in around 90mins (starting from €49).
Make it personal - get your name or initials embroidered onto your products. This option is available as an express service (30mins)
Go big or go home - for larger products or multiple items (11+) & company logos, leave them with our and we give you a call when your items are finished and ready for collection.
TOP EMBROIDERY SERVICES:
VINYL PRINTING:
A versatile option for personalisation. You can have vinyl printing on a larger selection of products including everything from Football Jerseys to stickers for your water bottle, bike or helmet. Because of the level of versatility, each piece is quoted individually. Below you can see some estimated pricing, but for a direct quote you can visit our workshop in store.
Vinyl Printing can be offered as an express service in our Decathlon Ballymun store taking 10-30mins depending on the quality or size of the piece. We currently offer single colour vinyl printing.
VINYL PRINTING INSPIRATION:
Small & Simple - a small basic design such as a name, a number, or initials usually costs from €3.50 - €5.
Medium - an example of medium pieces would be a name on back of jersey, larger logo on bags which is often between €5 - €7.
Large - a name and number on the back of a jersey is a great example of our Vinyl printing, choose your text and number from just €11.
Logos - for more complex logos (companies) our team requires a high res .jpeg or .png file. There is no charge to digitise the file (unlike embroidery).
