Here are 6 amazing cycling routes in Ireland, no matter where you live:

An intermediate cycling route that loops around the scenic Dublin Bay. Covering just over 36km with most of the route having paved surfaces, it’s suitable for all cycling levels.

Hook Head Lighthouse loop from Tintern Abbey

Another intermediate cycle a little further down the coast. Starting from Tintern Abbey the route should take roughly 3 and a half hours with beautiful views of hook head lighthouse. Although an intermediate level cycling route you should be in good fitness to give it a go as it covers over 56km.

Lisdoonvarna, Doolin and Fanore loop.

If you're looking to up the anti, head to Ballyvaughan and take on this loop with stunning coastal views of the west whilst covering over 50km of ground. This one is a little more aimed towards the expert cyclists.

Muckross House, Ross Castle & Lough Leane loop — Killarney National Park

If you're looking for a shorter route this loop should suit all cycling levels. Taking in the breathtaking views of both the castle and the lake should keep you going the entire 30km route journey.

Inis Mór loop

No shortage of scenic routes in this part of the country, the Inis Mór loop is not to be missed. Covering the entire island, the loop can be taken on by all levels of cyclists and takes under two hours. If you're looking for some nice weekend plans or just to breath in the freshest of air, this is the one for you!
