How to shop Click & Collect
We know how valuable your time is, especially when you’re sports fanatics like us. You’d rather be out kicking ball than standing in queues. We understand and it’s why we’ve re-introduced Click & Collect as a way to shop from our Baile Munna store.
This time around, we made some improvements to make things easier for you. We’ve created a collection point in store, hired a dedicated team to pick your orders and made improvements to our website making it easier to shop.
Do you want to shop Click & Collect? Here’s a step-by-step guide.
1) Select the product
Find the product you want to buy on our website (decathlon.ie).
2) Check availability
Once you are on the product page, check to see if the product is available in store. To do this, click ‘check our stores’ under store availability.
3) Add to cart
If the product is available in store, click the yellow ‘Add To Cart’ button.
4) Proceed to checkout
When the product is added to your cart, it will be indicated by the number next to the trolley icon in the top right corner of the website. Click the trolley icon and then the yellow ‘View Cart Summary’ button to proceed to checkout.
5) Select Click & Collect
During the checkout process, select ‘Click & Collect (at our Ballymun store)’ under ‘03. Shipping Method’. Your product will be available to collect within 2 working days.
6) Confirmation email
Once the payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know we have received your request at our Ballymun store.
7) Ready for collection email
Within 24 hours of payment, you will receive an email letting you know your order has been picked and is ready for collection.
Once your product is ready for collection, you can visit the store using our priority que. You will find our collection point at the back of the store. As always, our team will be happy to help.
9) Enjoy your sport
The ball is in your court. Get out and enjoy your favourite sport. We always like to see you playing so be sure to tag us on Instagram (@decathlon_ireland).

I cannot select Click & Collect during the checkout process?
All of our Click & Collect orders come directly from our Baile Munna store. If you do not have the option to select Click & Collect, it is because the product(s) is out of stock at our store. Please note, all products you wish to order must be in stock at our store for you to select Click & Collect. If one product is out of stock at our store but the remaining items are in stock at our store, you will not be able to select Click & Collect.
Where does the stock come from?
When you buy online through Click & Collect, our stock will come from the store. Think about it as shopping in-store made easy. With support from our dedicated team, we’ll gather all your products and all you need to do is drop by and collect your order.
How soon can I collect my Click & Collect order?
We have a dedicated team working to have all orders ready for collection in under 24 hours. You will receive two emails from us, one will confirm we have received your order and the other will let you know your order is ready for collection.
I ordered a bike through Click & Collect, how soon can I collect it?
Bikes are a unique product as they need to be built in store before you collect. Therefore, there may be a delay of 2/3 days. If there is a delay, it will be communicated once the order has been placed and when it is ready for collection as a member of our team will call you on the number provided.
How long do I have to collect?
Once you have received the confirmation email, you have two days to collect. If you don't collect your product within two days, a member of our team will call you on the number provided. For any reason you can’t collect within two days, you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call +35312530166.
If I order something and it is out of stock, what happens?
When you order a product that is in stock, there’s always a chance that the product will go out of stock from the time you’ve ordered to the time it has been picked. If this does happen, we will refund the missing item(s) and process the rest of the order for you. Please note, we try to pick the order as soon as possible to avoid this from happening.
How do I return an item if it is not suitable?
Our returns for Click & Collect work the same as our returns if you buy in-store. You can return the item to the store and the team at the welcome desk will assist you.
